Strategy and focus on emerging markets

The aspect of Advantage Media´s new strategy is the focused geographical commercialization of the company’s current service portfolio. After years of being focused on developing the right algorithms and international partnerships, the company’s management has realigned the strategy to increase revenue and generate earnings. The capital base is secured and the organization has been adapted to the new strategic focus. The strategy is being implemented with full force, focusing on the following main points;

  • Higher sales of the entire service portfolio through the right sales channels to carefully selected customer segments;
  • Utilization of the competitive situation to enter into partnerships concerning the proliferation of the best ROI performance in the interests of everyone involved;
  • Promotion of awareness through the launching of trials and better dialogue with established users and new users alike.

The predominant aim of the strategy is to give Advantage Media a high positive cash flow and generate a profit for Advantage Media to lay the groundwork for an accelerated worldwide penetration of new market.
